Include enough detail to reproduce the issue

  • The page address and what you expected to happen.
  • The steps you tried, your browser and whether you used a phone or computer.
  • The error text and a non-sensitive example of your inputs.
  • For an account request, the email address associated with your account. For payments, a reference number rather than full bank details.

Do not email passwords, authentication codes, private customer records or unredacted payment documents. Use a harmless example image instead of a confidential file when reporting an image-processing issue.
